After years of reading fitness magazines and seeing the images of amazing women inside I decided that I wanted to be like them too and follow my dream of competing. I had the goal of competing before I turned 30 , so with that date fast approaching I contacted the ANB to see if they could recommend a trainer and they put me straight onto Tiger.

I classify meeting up with Tiger as one of the pivotal points in my life, it was  her experience, coaching and knowledge that helped me transform my body and look like the women I had admired for so long. Tiger helped me through the highs and lows of competition prep and was there on the day of my first comp cheering me on. I have no doubt that without Tiger and the support of my friends and family this journey would have been much tougher. Achieving second place in my first competition was mind blowing, I was ecstatic and couldn't stop smiling. I will never forget the experience. With Tiger's continuous support I competed on 2009 and 2010 where I was successful in winning two Sydney titles. I am now hooked and looking to take the step to the next level and compete again.

Tiger is a massive inspirational role model and is always there to help me, I am so grateful for everything she has helped me achieve so far and I know with her behind me I can continue to make my dreams come true.
